Return Policy

At Decoporex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return the purchased products under the following conditions:

Return period

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations in the European Union.

Product conditions

Products must be returned:

• In their original condition, unused and unaltered.
• In their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Returns will not be accepted for products that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

• The received product is different from the one ordered.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.

In these cases, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs showing the problem. Once validated, Decoporex will cover the return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order products based on the customer's specifications.

Return process

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service through our contact form or email. Once the request is verified, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund

Once the product is received and verified, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated refund time is 7 to 14 business days from receipt at our warehouse.
