Shipping

Products purchased at decoporex.com can be sent by private courier with a delivery of a maximum of 48 or 72 hours for Spain and Portugal (peninsula) or by ordinary postal mail (by default) with a delivery time of 3 to 7 days.

For the rest of the shipping areas, you can contact us so that we can inform you of the expected shipping time.


The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time you made your purchase.
If you do not receive the packages within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days. During this period, no resend or refund of the order.
We advise you that upon receiving your package you verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered, sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note the anomalies you found upon receipt. If this procedure is not carried out, it will be impossible for us to activate the carrier's insurance and we will not be able to respond for anomalies in the contents of the package.
Returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition, that is, in their packaging, with their accessories and instruction manuals.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility; at the time of payment, said cost will be indicated according to the shipping area.

Returns

In accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27:

The maximum period to request a return is fourteen calendar days from the customer's receipt of the order.
Any product that you want to exchange or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the order was returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the merchandise (due to its negligence) to the recipient, our company will not be responsible for the costs of the first reshipment.
