Shipping Information and Conditions

We know how eager you are to receive your order and start enjoying it. All standard product orders placed on www.decoporex.com before 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday, working days) are shipped the same day and, if the destination is mainland Spain, you will usually receive them the following day.

Preparation and shipping times by product type

  • Standard orders (without customisation): If you place your order before 4:00 pm on a working day, it will leave our warehouse that same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be prepared and shipped on the next working day.
  • Custom or made-to-measure orders: These require a custom design and cutting process. Their preparation time usually ranges from 2 working days or more, depending on the specifications and current workload. We will notify you as soon as the order has been shipped.
  • Bulky orders (pallet shipments): Large orders that need to be transported safely on a pallet require special packaging and logistics. For this reason, these products usually take longer to manufacture and prepare for shipment compared with standard parcels.
  • Shipments on Fridays or the day before a public holiday: Even if we hand the goods over to the carrier that same day, please note that transport agencies do not usually count weekends or public holidays in their delivery times.

Estimated times by shipping area

Shipping costs are not fixed: they are calculated automatically in the shopping cart according to the total weight and volumetric volume (box size) of the selected products.

Mainland Spain: Estimated delivery in 24/48 working hours. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.

Portugal: Estimated delivery in 48/72 working hours. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.

Balearic Islands: Estimated delivery in 48/72 working hours. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.

Europe (International): Estimated delivery in 3 to 6 working days. Express 24/48h option available only for small volumes. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Longer than usual delivery time due to customs procedures. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume.

Important: For shipments outside mainland Spain or outside the European Union, it is strictly necessary to provide the ID number / Tax ID when placing the order. Without this information, transport agencies will reject the goods and we will not be able to proceed with the shipment.

Custom quotations and collection options

  • Would you like an exact calculation? If you have doubts about the final shipping cost of your project or you are going to place a complex order, you can contact us in advance. Tell us which products you want and their exact sizes, and we will provide you with a precise and optimised shipping quotation.
  • Collection from our warehouse: You can collect your order directly from our physical facilities completely free of charge, saving transport costs.
  • Management with your own carrier: If you work with a trusted transport company or prefer to handle the logistics yourself, you can choose the option of sending to your own transport agency to collect the material once we confirm that it is ready and packed.

Promotions, public holidays and possible delays

  • During promotional campaigns or special sales, the internal preparation time may increase up to 48 working hours due to order accumulation.
  • No goods are dispatched and no home deliveries are made during weekends or local or national public holidays.
  • There are external factors beyond our direct management that may cause delays in delivery by the carrier, such as logistical incidents, adverse weather or strikes.

What happens if there is a delivery issue?

  • If your parcel is lost or suffers an unusual delay, we will immediately follow up with the carrier and propose a solution as quickly as possible.
  • If the order arrives damaged or broken due to transport: It is essential that you inform us of the problem. Write to us attaching photographs of the condition of the box and the damaged product so that we can quickly manage the replacement or the most suitable solution.
