Shipping Information and Terms

We know how eager you are to receive your order and start enjoying it. Good news! All orders placed on www.decoporex.com before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday, business days) are shipped the same day, and if you're in mainland Spain, you will usually receive it the next day.

Preparation and shipping times

  • Standard orders (non-personalized): If you place your order before 4:00 PM on a business day, we will ship it the same day. If placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be prepared the next business day and shipped afterward. You’ll receive it the day after preparation, barring any delays beyond our control.
  • Customized orders or products with non-standard sizes: Require more preparation time. It may take up to 2 business days or more, depending on workload and order size. Once ready, it will be shipped the same day.
  • Important: If you order on a Friday or before a holiday, even if shipped that same day, the courier might not count it in their delivery schedule, so it may be delayed by one day.

* For shipments outside mainland Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Europe), it's essential to provide your DNI/NIF when placing the order, otherwise we won't be able to process the shipment.

Promotions, holidays, and possible delays

  • During sales or promotional periods, preparation time may extend up to 48 business hours due to high order volume.
  • We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays beyond our control may occur from the shipping company (logistical issues, overcapacity, weather conditions, etc.).

In case of issues

  • If your order experiences an issue or is lost, we will contact you to offer a solution as soon as possible.
  • If the package arrives damaged or broken, contact us with photos, and we’ll work with you to find a proper solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
